What is an Offshore Programmes:

An academic program offered by the Public Universities either fully or partially at off- campus/main premises abroad.

Offshore Programmes

  1. A systematically organized course set for a defined period and level of education with the objective of attaining pre-established learning objectives, usually culminating in the conferment of a qualification.
  2. An academic program not provided by any academic institution attended by the applicant.
  3. Educational programs at the Master’s level (Level 7 MQF) and higher.
  4. Educational programs at the Bachelor’s level (Level 6 MQF) and lower.
